1. CONTACT INFORMATION

Please complete the form below to provide us your contact information, which will add you to our database so you can enter consignments (and we can get you paid quickly and efficiently) after the sale!

2. HEALTH PAPERS/CVI

We are required to submit health papers for out-of-state consignors to the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture. You can turn them into Trent or Ruth in person at the sale or email them to ruth@ruthinman.com.
